Are you planning to open a bottle on bonfire night?

Post by uncle tom »

Having put the finishing touches on my largest display of the season tomorrow, I can relax with a glass or two..

..Churchill 2000 crusted has just been installed in the decanter - it should last through tomorrow night

I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I shall be sober and you will still be ugly - W.S. Churchill

Indeed i do, if the Niepoort 1994 turn up it will be one of those, else something from 1995 FG/Taylors QdVargellas or a tried and well tasted Vesuvio.

Quite looking forward to it, its cold now in London and the port tastes even better when it cold outside :)

I have a bottle of Kopke 1983 in the decanter. I think you may be familiar with it!

Any time not spend drinking port, is a waste of time.

You will find a discription here.

I would suspect that Uncle Tom makes most of his annual profits around this time each year :D
