Sorry to change the plan a bit but I find that I have a second bottle that I'm able to bring so Julian would you mind tweak your placemats to make me two rather than one please ?

Then I won’t specify for you, such that yours appears on both voting sheets (unf. and f.).

My bottles were both double-decanted at about 09.30 today.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Bottle decanted at 1205. Fill level great, colour great, nose...nose...hmmmm. Not convinced. It may pull itself together for this evening, nevertheless a backup bottle has been decanted, which appears to be tip top.

See you just after 5 5.30.
