The ports you haven't got round to stocking up on...
… or maybe it's just me. You have an accurate idea of what's in your cellar and an idea of when it's likely to be drunk but there are some things that you consider you ought to have that somehow you haven't managed to acquire or keep in any quantity. Partly a function of drinking what one has at immoderate speed but also auction availability. For me it's 1977s- Niepoort, Fonseca, Taylor - and 1966s - Warre, Graham.

An excellent question...
Very few 66s, fewer 80s, and almost no 60s.
Trying to rectify 80s, but there’s not really much available.

I've managed to find some odd balls in an 1837 Justerini & Brooks and a 1878 Brooks Royal Coronation Port.
The port I'm still looking to stock up on are 60's Fonsecas as I seen to have a bad habit of drinking them all.

It's a colheita, I suspect. So, could be Edward VII, George V, Edward VIII, George VI?

Not the first time the 1878 with the label has popped up in market, albeit with a different bottle shape.
Latest one appears to be a regular 750ml bottle with no punt vs the pic in this TPF LInk
Another Forum based around dry wines seems to have a little more info, but also unverified

When the '80 vintage was released, there was a sharp price hike over the '77 vintage, which, coupled to some economic jitters, resulted in the launch campaign failing. As a result, investment stocks coming to auction are very thin on the ground.Trying to rectify 80s, but there’s not really much available
