Tuesday 3rd April (being the day after Easter Monday)? Tuesday 10th April?

Theme: 1963s, sighted, no duplicates, no awful shippers — recalling the excellent tasting on 2 Nov 2017:

Any interest?

Just had a Delaforce on friday. Very nice drinker, probably one of the best Delaforces.

Need to check date for a bit.

Sounds like a plan; please count me in. Will check what '63s I have, though I know it is very few.

The telepathy was correct.

I can (easily) offer Dow, Mackenzie, Martinez or Sandeman. I could dig something else out of storage if necessary.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Please, Mackenzie. Several adoptions are required. Would you be willing to allow adoption of a Martinez?

Others: please say what you’ll allow to be adopted.

Will bottles÷people at 1.0 be sufficient? Should the team adopt from those with multiples?

I have 17 shippers of '63

Possible candidates for adoption not already confirmed:

Borges
Constantino
Dow
Feuerheerd
Fonseca
Graham
Warre

- And if anyone's feeling generous, I could also supply a Nacional at moderate cost..

Thank you. Please can the Fonseca be adopted, after which the Constantino?

Thank you again. But alas ‘moderate’ by the standards of Nacional would still be beyond my budget.

It appears that this is a tasting I would be foolish to miss. Could I please add my name, and would need to adopt please.

Which makes fourteen. Hence this event is full. There will likely be a waitlist.

No problem. There is a significant value difference between the two - it might be fairer if the adoptees shared the total.

So I believe that means the three adopted bottles being W (from Charles), Mz (from Alex) and Cn (from Tom). However...

I agree that with a full complement of 14 people there's a case for adding for adding two or three additional shippers. Not 'pro 14' tier but I'd be willing to throw in Calem Foz, gratis, if it helps?
