Pics on TPF
When Daniel posts a picture (I suspect from his iPhone using Tapatalk) all I can see on my Macbook Air is this...
What do others see?

Click on the words 'ac.tiff'. Does anything happen?

Re: Pics on TPF
I see that. Will resave as jpeg (images from Grab, on a Mac, are tiff by default for some odd reason).

Re: Pics on TPF
How's that?
NB this was originally done on a laptop, not via Tapatalk... but perhaps its the fact that it was a tiff, as you say..
(NBB: the missing apostrophe above is a joke.)

Re: Pics on TPF
That worked. It must be something to do with TIFFs on my device.
Suggestions welcome.
Note: When I purchased my Mac a few years ago my Security (and Health) Consultant helped me make it secure by suggesting I download and install a multitude of plugins. I suspect that even the NSA can't get in and perhaps one of these is causing TIFFs to be invisible.

This is the same person who switches off all the built-in functionality of his computer because all he needs is a really big calculator?

To try and be a little more helpful: Apple do seem to have some oddities regarding what they decide not to support. You might find that installing a different browser on your Mac may help, as I believe some have different degrees of image support (and/or plugins).

Not at all. Displays perfectly on my MacBook Pro. I think the generous intervention of the Security Manager might be the problem here..
