No - this is now done by direct database access, which means access to a part of the system which is not in your control. I will send the file to you... later.

Pls wait until tomorrow, as some TN will be entered today

If you can wait a day or two extra.... I have a VP tasting this evening, and will add the notes asap.

Updated: parts 1 and 2.

Thank you for very helpful clean flat file, with what I needed, and happily devoid of massive amounts of clutter.

Is it time yet, or are we waiting until after the 1970 and Croft Off-lines?

Doing both works for me.

Tasting Note index update

Croft offline writeups delayed by request of RAH. Several other tastings have gone in though, so an update would be a good idea. Please send.

You may need to do some tidying of Tasting Note titles first. I noted recently that Simon and Axel have posted with abbreviated years or shipper followed by year rather than the "standard" that we are trying to follow.

Already done and downloaded.

There are also a couple of senior members, one of whom is an AR pedantic administrator, who do not write "VP" nor "Vintage Port", assuming that we know it is not LBV nor Colheita. I will not name names.

Questions

Offley Boa Vista LBV, or Offley LBV?

Also, there was a little confusion about which bottle of G70 was this, resulting in delayed creation of this TN which ought to go in this batch. All you need tell me is the UNIX time — I have everything else.

Does Sandeman Imperial usually have an age indication? Did this have one?

Observation only one:

We have tasting notes for "Berry Bros Selection" and for "Berry Brothers & Rudd", these should be combined in the future.

Alex

Fixed: Berry Brothers & Rudd Selection.

No. It is a premium ruby so should have NV in front.

I also improved the links on the front page.

Julian,

When browsing the TN index I noticed that Quinta do Passadouro is listed as "Niepoort Quinta ...".

The ties with Niepoort have been broken since 2004, and the 2005 vintage port (which is the only one in the index) is produced and bottled as an independant single quinta product.

Can you change this in the index?

The last post here was on 28 Feb - not sure if we have had an updated index since then but perhaps it is time to do it again anyway as we seem to have been rather productive in our drinking in recent weeks 88)

The conversation about Jacob's TN Searchy Thingy that followed the above post has now been moved to here.

So, back on topic, can we please have a TN sort?

Thanks

Derek
