Time

Post by JacobH »

The forum time is currently on BST/Central Europe Time (UTC + 1 as phpbb3 puts it). As it is no longer Summer, and no-one in central Europe drinks decent Port ( :P ), please, could we have it changed to GMT/UTC?

It's set to UTC/GMT but your user settings maybe different. Go to the User Control panel and check "Board settings".

System says it is UTC ≈ GMT. I have enabled because it should be enabled. Maybe the server’s clock needs fixing?

Don't worry, you're not the first to have made this mistake.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Hmmm...once bitten, twice shy, as they say, but when I am logged out, the forum's clock is an hour fast; when I am logged in, it is correct. In any event, I am told that "All times are UTC" both for what I think is UTC and UTC + 1 which can't be correct.
