The index pages for alphabetic and date-indexed tasting notes are not rendering correctly.
At least the logo is missing, plus possibly other header rendering?

The copy of the site logo that these pages link to was inadvertently deleted when we upgraded the style pack.

Now fixed in a way that will prevent re-occurrence during future upgrades.

You might need to force your browser to fully re-load the page to see the fix.
