Architectural puzzle
Can anyone tell me anything about a gentlemen's club in London, built in the late 19th century, reputed to have carvings of rats playing snooker on its windowsill, modelled on members of the club? This pertains to my researches about a pair of Belfast sculptors and builders who were prolific in the 1860s and '70s.
