thanks for your snow news as Emma is always pleased to hear about snow.

Tell Emma that it has snowed today here in the Rhineland. We had cold weather for a week now, but it was dry so far. But this morning it started snowing and we have 5 cm of snow right now. The streets are clear of snow, but the garden is covered completely with a white blanket.

Our neighbour's children built a snowman. He is wearing a red t-shirt and a straw hat, for a nose he has a carrot. This romatic detail will probably even more please Emma.
