Everyone has (or knows someone who has) some sort of magic potion for making them feel better when they are sick. My neighbor told me to boil a red onion and drink the water (no thanks). Another boils an orange in tea and drinks that (okay, better than onion water).

I have one glass left in my bottle 6 Grapes...

Anyone have a magical panacea that uses port?

Fair-quality Port. Shouldn’t be the best if one’s palate is off top form, but never tat. Plus plenty of water dehydration never clever, even less when ill.

I always go off Port when I get Man Flu, but this is a very good way of consuming a super-effective Man Flu antidote whilst convincing oneself that you are drinking Port.

Presumably if you mix 1/3rd Ribena with 1/3 Glenmorangie with 1/3 water you end up with something that approximates a youthful ruby port.
