How do you even do that? Do UK flags actually have grommets on all 4 corners? Or did some uninformed Frenchman deliberately add grommets to the wrong side of the flag so that it could be raised improperly?

It is possible that this was ironically intentional given that it appeared during a scientific explanation of disorder.
