I was given a new laptop recently and have noticed that on many websites (viewed with IE6) apostrophes are displayed as "'"
Is there something I can change in the browser settings to fix this?
WTF is ' ?

Re: WTF is ' ?
Some googling reveals that this is an IE bug. Apparently ' is used in XML code to generate an apostrophe but IE does not recognise it as such.
This seems to be a similar phenomenon to the problem with the term "Pink Port" and traditional port drinkers

IE: security nightmare. Use Firefox with NoScript. Always.
