Software that makes pork pies
Notes to self on inauguration of the new oven: a much firmer pie, the old oven was quite uncontrollable and the pies were difficult to keep together. The pastry was also better cooked; crisp on the outside but still succulent within. Far less peppery than usual, a factor which has been commented on before. Pleased with these results.

Most excellent. I thought the flavor profile was nuanced and very enjoyable. Not at all too peppery, at least for me. Thanks for sharing!
