Smiths was always too smooth for me — perhaps too Northern in its style. I like more bitter and more grip.
A gallon? The most beer I have ever seen a man drink before debladdering is twelve pints, on the Monopoly pub crawl. He admitted that it was a “long slash†.
When it is from a Yorkshire pub and pulled from a barrel John Smiths is very good. When it has been frozen and dispensed using an ice-cream pump it is nearly tasteless.
A Gallon is EIGHT Pints isn't it? Two Gallons would be hard, but eight could be just a long lunch, not the full hit on a night out.
I try to be good to Deborah...I never go home!
