Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout

Thick and chewy with lumps of licorice. Black, 7% and I need sleep so this is the sort of thing I need. Nice bite on the finish and should never be confused with lesser stouts - no names. This is about as good as stout gets.
Port is basically a red drink

Not had this one. But the Taddy Porter (sold in bottles) is rich and a bit chocolately, though a touch too fizzy for my liking. And the draught Stout is excellent, lovely malty taste without being sweet. These are also better than
KillerB wrote: lesser stouts - no names.
