On Tuesday 30th December 2014 some obvious suspects gathered in our former home, The Bung Hole, because Dr Dirk was in town.

A very old sherry, apparently (THRA to say more) from 1770. Solera or vintage unknown. Unsurprisingly, the acidity was showing very strongly. Of middling size.
