Schloss Vaux is one of the leading producers of Sekt (sparkling wine) in Germany. They buy in grapes, so in champagne terms they would be a Négociant manipulant.
This is a single vinyard vintage Sekt sourced from Kloster Eberbach's Steinberg vinyard. A TN of the still wine can be found here:

It had a bottle fermentation of 22 months, 13,334 bottles were produced. More info:

Pale golden colour, fine bubbles, smells of melon, medium body, a nice and quite present acidity, melon in the mouth, quite brut, but not too harsh, quite refreshing, melon in the aftertaste, a good Sekt that could become my "house sparkler". However, having known the the Steinberg before, I had expected more minerality. In a way, the "still" Steinberg tastes more of Steinberg than the sparkling one does.
