The label and cork both confirmed that this was re-corked by the producer in 2011. The complete lack of sediment in the bottle suggests to me that not only was it re-corked but it was also re-bottled.
Very dark red, almost completely opaque. A lovely, youthful nose of intense dark fruits. Very full and smooth in the mouth. Bramble jam with a hint of cedar. Extremely silky and elegant but nowhere near full maturity.
Nice juice, which needs another 10 years.
