2013 Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Spätlese

Drunk at the Haag winery with Oliver Haag on 12th August 2014.

One of the Haag 'Grosse Lage' or Grand Cru wines, as per the VDP's 'quality pyramid'. This has a quiet nose but with something clean cutting through, almost like the steeliness of sorrel. And then a green apple finish.

My notes simply say: some green apples, good
