2000 Nicolas Feuillate Champagne

Darkest of the flight of three sparkling white wines, but still quite lightly coloured and with a good stream of bubbles. An odd nose, deep but rather strange - very like aged white wine. Plenty of mousse and deep in flavour. A really great winey finish of huge length. A good wine, if a little odd. 90/100.
