1996 Dom Perignon

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Very pale lemon yellow; tiny prickling mousse. Very little on the nose, gentle and light on the palate. Too light for a high score but enjoyable to drink. 85/100.

When the identity of this wine was revealed I was very surprised at how poorly this bottle compared with others from the same case.

Drunk at the 2016 Doty Cup.
