2011 Château Chasse-Spleen
More purple in the colour than either the Heritage de Chasse-Spleen or the Gressier de Grand Poujeaux that were tasted alongside. More wood in the nose as well, clove and spice as well. Good body and structure, with tannins to the fore. Waiting underneath the tongue is the velvety, acid smokiness that I love in this wine. Good!
