Any ideas who we could invite from the industry? Always likely they will have things lined up before the BFT of course. Perhaps Dirk? I don't have his contact details - could someone else ask the question?

• Chicken liver pté with toast ;
• Chargrilled sirloin steak 220g (blue = very very rare: remove from fridge early, slightly warm with a Polaroid of a match) with hand-cut chips and grilled tomato;
• Buttered carrots.

Starter: Potted Shrimps and Toast

Main: Gammon, hand cut chips and black pudding (no egg) with (if it is available-can't see it on the menu),the peas and beans in mint lemon and butter (If not available-the creamed spinach)

Dessert:TBD (but almost certainly the wonderful treacle tart and custard!)
