Will confirm my food order a little later (alas, I am blocked from accessing menu from work but not :tpf: !). Also, to note that I may be a little late as I have a meeting in Cirencester on this day and so I may need to drop my bottle off with someone beforehand just in case (Alex, I will PM you to see whether I could perhaps lodge it with you?). I also have a Cr60 I could bring if that would help fill the gap that we have with Ray's absence?

If something hasn't already been arranged could I please adopt your Cr60?

As I have rescued a ’27, you were going to take over my adoption of flash’s ’70. But that isn’t compulsory.

I am trying to get a '75 from Tom...he is playing hard to get at the moment...if I succeed you could have that as your contribution.

Thank you. It looks like one way or another I will stay on piste!

I've lost track of what's coming and what's needed! I can def bring 63 and 70. And having picked up some 82 at auction today, I might be able to collect that on Tuesday and bring it along, provided it is at their Park Royal storage place. And then are we still expecting some 85, coming from Davy's Holborn retail section...if so I can pick that up on Weds morning and decant it at work and bring it along.

A suggestion: DRT adopts the Cr70 from Flash; Ben adopts the Cr60 from IDJ; Cookie brings a Cr75 from Tom; and we do a team purchase of the Cr85 from Davy’s.

Failing cogent objection, on Monday I’ll call Davy’s to ensure that they will have a Cr85 at Plantation Place.

Edit: Flash has posted as well — reminding me of his ’82. It’s all too confusing.

Not this. I want Plantation Place to believe that they sold this bottle. Let me call.

Your suggestion works OK I think provided Cookie bends Tom's arm. If not then either I will get the 82, or bring an extra 63 or 70.

But if Cookie fails to persuade Tom, then he can buy the ’85 alone and/or adopt an ’82 from you. And
Cookie wrote:Could I please take up the final space...my only Croft is a '77...I would need to adopt if an older wine is required.
But then who is bringing the ’60? (This Davy’s Port is slipping down rather well. My planning ability is diminishing.)

Aghhh my head is going to burst! If Cookie already has a 77, then Ben buys the 85 and all is good? Or am I missing something?

A gentle reminder of our previous purchases of Croft 85 from the Davy's stock.

The reminder is fair. But…
• Are you certain that was representative of the whole stock?
• In trying out new homes, should we make an effort to appear to be house-trained?

Please could somebody sober, perhaps somebody who has been on a relaxing holiday in the Caribbean, carefully read this thread and take decisions.

If there really were to be a biblical flood, we could abandon the 2004 LBV.

I deliberately avoided recommending not buying one, partly for those reasons.

Is all of the pertinent data contained in this thread or have arrangements also been made by email and/or PM?

Is that a double negative? Or a triple?

Either way, signs are that Derek may not be the 'sober' person you're seeking.

All there is, whether or not sufficient, is in this thread.
