Is anybody going to tell the new boy that one of our regulars but not attending this tasting is ex-Luftwaffe? No, let’s keep it quiet, this is all too funny.

Dress code for the tasting is: hand goggles, flight jacket, white scarf, baggy trousers, wooden leg and a dog with a non-PC name.

6 to 6:30ish, but for an informal tasting there is more flexibility.

I'm going to come via the Strand since I see nobody here has mentioned this place, and it seems to be newish and to be opened by a concern in Dublin.. Could be interesting perhaps..
