The Standard Food Order

At last night’s dinner we concluded that it would be a good idea to post here each person’s default food order. If you don’t change it, this is what you will get.
If you want to change your default order, check out the menu available from the Boot & Flogger home page.
My default order is:
• No starter
• Special order bone in rib-eye steak (medium-rare) with skinny chips
+ Green beans with shallots
• No dessert

Starter: Flatbread, lemon & coriander houmous
Main: Rib eye steak (Black and Blue)
+ bearnaise sauce
+ green beans with shallots, or creamed spinach (season dependent, latter preferred)

Been slow to provide this but:
Truffle mac and cheese
Gammon and skinny chips with black pudding but with no egg (to be donated to JDAW if present). A side of the seasonal vegetables (so green beans/spinach etc)

With attendance at a tasting now impending again, here is my default preference:
Starter: Truffle Mac & Cheese
Main: Gammon, egg, chips & black pudding
Note: this is from the menu B&F still describe as Spring (in September...)
