Draft of food order updated, and a pointer to it sent to the B&F.

Final glasses request has not gone in. Awaiting numbers confirmation from Tom.

- As things stand, I shall be bringing all the bottles save the '70 (Ian) and possibly the '62 (Tony will bring the '62 if he gets past the wait list)

- Eight bottles are already there - needless to say the lift at Borough station chose that day to be kaput - so I had to lug them up the stairs..

- I will do a spreadsheet for the kitchen first thing tomorrow morning, anyone who hasn't replied by then will get their default food order, anyone who doesn't have a default food order either will be put down for a steak and chips.

- Confusion continues to rage as to have we George or have we Dirk as our industry guest - I therefore intend to plan for both, just in case - could the sheets be adjusted for that please Julian

- Have emailed to ask for 270 glasses (15 x 18) will go down again tomorrow with some more bottles and will check on things then

- Will do the big print out tomorrow evening

- Have I forgotten anything..?

I can only print A4 - if you can print A3 that would be really helpful
Please confirm good.
Looks good thanks Julian

No food for me at this one. Will be leaving london early next year and moving to Dorset if all goes to plan. Which will mean not being able to attend as often, and my lack of food order will hopefully no longer be an issue. Very much looking forward to this tasting and seeing everyone for some Christmas cheer on Tuesday.

Tom — trains permitting, I hope to be at the B&F around 16.30 and will help to get the room ready and the wines poured.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Great news :D

The Red Room table is going to have to pull out all the stops if we're going to get 15 round it, each with 18 glasses

Four youngest bottles decanted just now at home - all looking good

Notable are the levels of the stash I'm bringing - none are below BN and even the 1910 has an IN level..

All original signups appear to be on parade, the Boot and Flogger seem to be in control - I'm about to head off..

If anyone needs to contact me, text to 07721 567870

Which is why I squeezed the eighteen onto one A3 plus half an A4.

You're a touch late on this one I'm afraid, it happened last year!
