I can't make this tasting (I couldn't do any date that week); I thought I should probably say so explicitly, rather than implicitly by omission.

But Dia said she could and so can she be added to the attendees? Have we made a final decision on what's within theme and what's without ie I'm assuming that N and V are in but FG is out?

Also, I think it would be nice to do this one blind. There are not too many of us, so self-pouring at the table should be fine.

Happy to do blind. If so, who to pick the monkey's choice?

Yay! I can bring a single quinta for sure. Mature LBV is harder to find when it comes to older vintages.
Let me know how many bottles and what is needed or if everything is sorted port-wise, let me know how I can contribute.
With regards to food:
May I have the duck liver pate to start please, followed by rib eye steak (rare) with hand cut chips.
Thank you :FF0000:

My order is:

Truffle Mac and Cheese
Gammon and chips with black pudding but no egg (egg not to touch my plate but to be dexterously offloaded to Julian's beforehand) plus a side order of green beans
Dessert TBD on the night

Thanks

You are missing black pudding for Julian and Ian. Also Ian 'No egg' looks crossed out (I think you wanted to underline) thus may cause confusion.

Otherwise all good. Looking forward to Wednesday
