Mine not on the list :(

If not available please substitute with "400g Beef rib-eye"

I'd assumed the 500g chateaubriand to share (as linked, didn't know they did a 1kg version!), but if the 1kg version has been ordered then I'm sure we'll somehow cope as a group with extra steak!

Am happy to drop the rump and come in on the chateaubriand 1kg-provided it's no rarer than rare.

Those expressing enthusiasm for a £120 steak: how many ways are you wanting to split it?

happy with 2, 3, or 4 as best fits group with what we've ordered. Ideal would perhaps be 3 imo.

The placemats look very good indeed, and an excellent line up. Combined with the feast of steak, really looking forward to this one.

Food order updated. Failing cogent objection by 6pm Sunday 11th, it will be sent to the B&F.

I am happy to make do with a 400g Rib-eye @ £34. Medium rare please.

Please don’t forget to reload the food order, to ensure that you’re seeing the latest.

Derek: I think that your order was correct. Please confirm that the error is of cacheing rather than of mine.

The food order contains the Carnivore's Rib Steak as I originally requested, but the price list from B&F does not. Given the ridiculous price of some of the other larger steaks I a happy to change to the 400g Rib eye @ £34.

Thanks

One extra change, being mine — I decided that Derek was correct.

Sent. Too late for changes. Just no.

Who can print the placemats? Unusually, in colour.

(But not today: there might be information about one more bottle.)

I note that currency symbols (£,€ and $) are being used for the spare spaces on the placement. Given the occasion, and putting aside any pedantic objections, perhaps "DM" could replace "$"?

Hi,

apologies for the delay. Can now confirm and thanks to the Mayor of Islington I am a British citizen! Bt missing will be a F66 that used to belong the Lord of Northampton. He got himself a pipe bottled of F66 and his son sold the remainder of the bts off. So me humble subject got some bts. If I were the son the remainder of the bts would have not been sold off but rather drunk by friends and family. :D

I find it has class to buy and bottle a pipe of F66. I wish somebody had bought and bottled a pipe of F70 for me!

regards

We must admire the precociousness. I had been a British citizen for most of two decades before I regretted that nobody had bought a pipe of F70 for me. Wolfgang has done it in only a few hours.

On the placemats, +F66.
• Please would somebody check them?
• Please would an early-arriving somebody volunteer to print them?

By the way, not a totally bad start to a new nationality: F60, F63, F66, T66, TV69, Cr70, N70, G70, W70, and Ni70 (Dumpy).

Links: Edited to delete TV69.)

I am very sorry for the late notice, but I am afraid that people’s plans have changed and I would not be able to get to the tasting until late if I came so it is best if I withdraw. I wish you a fine tasting and shall raise a toast to you Wolfgang. Apologies again.

I assume that with Simon's unfortunate absence they will be re-drafted but whether it's down to cacheing, I can only view half of the glasses placemats?
Otherwise, I could print but I will not be there until just before 6.30pm and so maybe not ideal.

Congratulations Wolfgang btw!
