Sorry folks, the Graham 1970 is now needed to console me in my sadness at missing what will be a collection of no doubt fabulous, vintage ports.
I opened a G70 from my small stash of almost-perfect G70 bottles last weekend for the same reason; it was fabulous, but I'm sure would not be as good as being there.

Gents, apologies - a bout of Sinusitis and (more troublesome for a Port tasting) a course of antibiotics means that I will not be joining you for this. :x

Have a great evening.

Apologies for the late order but I will have:

Starter-Truffle Mac and cheese
Main-Steak (medium-rare) and chips

Interestingly AJH has opted for precisely my usual order. Thus:

Starter-Truffle mac and cheese
Main-Gammon steak and chips, no egg but with black pudding

Thanks

No-that is being kept back for the 70@50 tasting earmarked for early 2020 and discussed the other tasting.
