Unlikely I could make the 7th. 6th could work.

I think I could do either... but the 6th would potentially be easier.

How about "At sixes and sevens" - any mature VP with 6 or 7 in the year, to start at 6 with food at 7?

Must admit that I quite like the idea of a SQVP tasting but am happy to go along with anything providing it involves drinking Port!

I have come off the fence; it is SQVP blind - First post updated.

I think with this theme the 'D 70 Monkey' is unlikely to be a winner!

Easy decision for me. I have only one bottle of SQVP left on my 2017 drinking list.

Blind or sighted?

I tend to save the better bottles until the end of the year since it's easier to bring a bottle forward in the drinking plan than to have to raid the "cellar" for something unplanned.

Easier = causes me less angst and anxiousness

Please could somebody check that the placemats are sufficiently satisfactory. (Obviously to be entirely satisfactory requires there being circles for Ck51, D78, F27, and Ni45 — hence the ‘sufficiently’.)

Ck51, D78, F27 and Ni45 are all clearly ineligible for the theme. Please propose some alternative ports which are compliant with the theme and which we can bitterly regret their non-inclusion.

But otherwise the placemats look satisfactory.

Folks - I can print but will probably be a little late arriving as I am attending an after-work retirement drinks event.

My error. I should have not included V15, V63, GB00, NN27, and CáF70 (two of which have been tasted by members of TPF).
