I have emailed or spoken to some of you already, but in case I missed you, we are having an epic wine gathering in my back yard on Sunday, May 29. Port, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Roussane, Marsane, Viognier, Nebbiolo, Zinfandel, Sangoivese, Merlot. We'll even allow Pinot Noir. We provide the food. Lots of food. You bring a really good bottle of wine. The current menu, subject to change, is mushroom risotto, home cured citrus gravlax (not going t change, I just put up 6 pounds to cure), smoked brisket with caramelized onions and Mole Sauce, oxymoron sandwiches (smoked pulled pork and Carolina coleslaw on a challah roll), and Moroccan sliders with fresh made Tatziki sauce. Jeff attended the baby version of this a few years ago. This is the over the top version.

Sounds fantastic, but we'll be in Italy. Have fun!
