Date has been set for Tuesday 10 October 2017. Johnny Symington was mentioned first time around and so Alex perhaps you could extend the invitation to join us to him (it may even be the case that a reprisal of the N&M dinner you mentioned could be worked in around this date)?

Places are limited to 14 and so subject to the reconfirmations being obtained plus potential Industry Guest this means that all those I detailed in the earlier post down to Dia are currently in with the reserves being JB vintage +2, Phil and Dave. Nobody so far appears to have added (or subtracted) from the vintages they are able bring. Julian, could you perhaps tidy up the opening post accordingly? Thanks.

Understand 14 is the max. Happy to be on reserve list. Couldn't come on original date, so didn't put name down. Can come in Oct, so did.

Was going to but didn't have the opportunity yesterday-thanks for taking the initiative. By my reckoning a maximum of 224 glasses will be required (assuming we're able to include the 45, 55 and 60)

Is the date fixed yet? Need to arrange air transport.

Who is in charge of the tasing? To whom do I send bottles if needed?

The date needs to included in the title thread but has been set for Tuesday 10 October 2017. Bottle allocations will be determined in due course and for my sins, I am the organiser of this one!

Sten, you're already on the reserve list (as JB Vintage +1).

Current state of play is that all bar Ben and Chris Doty have reconfirmed attendance. Gentlemen, can you do the honours (either way, even it's still tentative at this stage).

Going through my cellar today I discovered a 1920 GC as well as the 1927 GC, I don't want to part with both for the tasting but I will offer one up (previously 27). If you have a preference for the 20 let me know.

Right it's about time I re-ignited this thread as it's now just over two months to go. No need for further reconfirmations of attendance although last time around no reconfirmations were received from Ben and Chris D and so if these are not received a week from now then we will work our way down the reserve list (note also that an Industry Guest has not been confirmed and so a further space may also become available).

Bottle wise as I think I stated previously we appear to have a big gap between 1934 and 1963 in which I believe (I don't have Professor JDAW's tome to hand) that the 45, 55 and 60 are missing. I believe we have the 27 and 34 and with vintages from 63-94 (Inc) this would make 12 between a potential 14 (although I am planning to donate a mag of 80). Thoughts please and can people please confirm what they're able to bring so I can start to attribute?

Thanks
