Very clear bright tawny red - smell of cabbage on opening (I think this is Bottle Stink) which blew off after 30 minutes. Smooth red fruits then very hot, but not for long. Light in the mouth with an anicede finish.

Darker and more fruit on the nose. Thicker mouth feel - now very Graham's -stewed plums. No heat. Nice long finish.
