Decanted 10 hours. 70% opacity, dark red. Nose of brambles and cassis, hints of chocolate and a tiny bit of pepper. Full mouthfeel, peppery heat mid palate. Lots of dark fruit, yet to ripen. Good acidity, soft tannins still. Alcohol not quite as integrated as it could be. Enjoyable to drink now, but likely better in 5-10 years as it softens out a bit.
