Tasting notes:
Note: on the evening, we opened what was expected to be a 1935 Cockburn and discovered it to be a 1950 Cockburn, hence two entries for 1950 Cockburn in the tasting notes.
1912 Cockburn
Re: 1912 Cockburn
25% opacity, brown amber, clear. Dried red fruits, strawberry, mild menthol. Smooth entry, full mouthfeel, quick to gentle acidity. Extracted red fruits, some dryness in the finish. In very good shape at 106 years old!
