Muddy Garnet color that is most likely due to my lack of standing up the bottle as this was a last minute pop and poor.

Bark spices, cinnamon, cloves, root beer mixed with a dried green fig branch flesh out a lovely spicy nose.
The entry is silky, smooth and cherryish. A surprisingly lush and mouth coating feeling for a wine that seems at best medium bodied. No heat at all. The shine of this wine comes from the texture and not the taste as, unfortunately it's a bit too simplistic with a single note sweet candied cherry. It fades with a finishing note of southern sweet tea hinting at the baking soda.

Ready to drink, a treat if albeit straight forward.
