In a bottle of Fonseca 1963 was a question rather than a certain answer:

Gentle and soft, enjoyable. Started to get somewhat sharper later.

30% opacity, copper brown, slightly cloudy. tobacco on the nose. Slightly hot entry, fruit fading, bitterness on the finish.
Given how Tom suggested the Offley was lightstruct, I thought this mght have had potentially similar issues though not as pronounced as the Offley.

RP63: red-brown, 30% opaque. Smooth and oleaginous; smoke early palate; acidity late palate.
