1964 Ramos Pinto White Colheita

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

A bottle drawn from the blending stocks in cask.

Light colour, 10% opaque. Gentle nose of warm brioche and a hint of sherry. Smooth, thick and gentle on the palate with lots of honey on the finish. Lingering, sweet and delicate. So elegant, but a bit sweet. Not Rated. 23-Jun-17. Pop 'n' pour.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
