30% opacity, brown amber. Sweet nose. Smooth, syrupy, sweet, gentle acidity in the finish. Old-ish stuff. I guessed S60.

Mature brick red colour, evolved in appearance and quite pale at 30% opacity. A slightly harsh nose, smelling of rose hips. Mature on the palate with soft, round caramel showing. Delicious, smooth and slightly smoky. Mature brown sugar shows on the aftertaste and adds a rosemary / sage complexity to the finish. This tasted as would an old and very mature port. Served blind, this was guessed to be Martinez 1955. 93/100.
