NV Graham Tawny 30YO (bottled 2015)

Bottled 2015, lovely smooth and well balanced. Hugely complex nose, and very very long finish; full complex flavour, hints of honey, sultanas and orange peel.

Interestingly (to me, at least), 48hrs later this seems quite different; still a very complex nose, but the taste now seems more caramel-based, then a hit of well balanced acidity but no oranges any more, medium to long after-taste. Softer and less fresh now.

Still vg, but substantially different - I'll surprised by the change after such a short time since opening for a tawny.
