11 x various bottles of Vintage Port for Sale

Post by louisecr19 » 21:31 Sun 06 Dec 2015

We have 11 x bottles of Vintage Port with varying labels including:

Fonseca, Warres, Dow, Grahams Malvedos, Porto Santos Junior, Croft and Gould Campbell. Dates of the Port range primarily from 1963-1975 then two others dated 1980 and 2001.

My husband was given a bottle every year from birth (1971) until he was 11 and these have been kept in his parent's cellar until the end of last year. They are currently at home with us now.

As we are not Port drinkers we would love these to go to a good home to someone who could fully appreciate the pleasure of Port!! Therefore we would like to sell and what better time to buy than just before Christmas?!

If you are interested, please contact me. We are based in Buckinghamshire, near Windsor. Please see a the list of Port we have below.

Thank you.

1966 Fonseca Vintage Port
2001 Fonseca Porto Crusted Port
1972 Fonseca Guimaraens Vintage
1974 Warres Vintage Late Bottled
1980 Dows Vintage Port
1974 Porto Santos Junior
1968 Grahams Malvedos
1970 Croft bottled 1972 (this has no label but has a handwritten tag)
1975 Warres (no label), name and date in the glass
1963 Dows (no label), name and date in the glass
1975 Gould Campbell (no label), written on the seal

Hi Louise,

A quick note to thank you for the port. They were all as described and have gone to a good home...to be enjoyed with fellow :tpf: members at future meetings.

All the best and have a good Christmas.

Simon
