Anything to do with Port.

Andy,

I know from experience that it is occassionally difficult for you to open a bottle of port, especially after you have finished your second bottle of the night

my word Andy, you can get VP for UNDER $30 in the US? I thought it was just the UK where this wonderful condition exists. Ok, for SURE now I have to move out of Canada.

Todd

You could move out of Canada and in to Québec .
Found one vintage under $30 : Sandeman Vau 1997 .
Plenty of LBV , If that tickles your fancy . . .

The Infamous Sanderman Vau!!!

Surely if its a 97, that might equate to around an 85 of the normal stuff.

Ergo...DRINKABLE!

I'd love to hear of a Tasting where one of our guys tried the two side by side, and tested if the Vau is what they are 'Subtley' suggesting.

I'd hazard a guess they'll be very different, but you never know.

Alan, that ol' '97 Vau is a decent bottle at that price. I've got a couple 1/2 bottles left. I've never been let down by this QPR.
