Jubilee celebrations

Post by Zelandakh » 11:59 Sat 02 Jun 2012

To celebrate the 60 years of her reign, I shall be toasting with an already decanted bottle of 1970 Noval tonight.

What is anyone else sampling this weekend - either for the Jubilee, just because, or even for a different celebration.

Several of us have recently toasted HM The Queen with a Graham 1952 Single Harvest Tawny, but, alas, this evening I am Portless.

I shall be celebrating with a glass of Quinta da Cavadinha 1987 that I decanted on Friday but didn't have chance to finish.
Top Ports in 2019: Niepoort VV (1960s bottling) and Quinta do Noval Nacional 2017
Top Ports in 2020 (so far): Croft 1945 and Niepoort VV (1960s bottling)
