Graham's The Tawny works out to be 8 and something years old but it is a much better Port than the 10yot that they produce. It is not a cheap option but it does come in that very nice bottle that Conky showed.
I can confirm that a Graham's The Tawny bottle makes a very useful decanter. A decent amount of sediment and a small first glass after decanting is all that is required to ensure the level of the port in the decanter is low enough to avoid having only a small air contact
