JDAW has reminded me that I have not yet organised placemats for our anniversary dinner at the Factory House on 21st June. He is correct; amongst all the other details I have remembered, this one was missed.
I am out of the country next week but with the assistance of a willing volunteer this oversight can be fixed.
JDAW is willing to put together the placemats over the weekend. Would someone be willing and able to take the pdf file to a branch of Prontaprint or a similar company and have the placemats printed onto A3 light card and the tasting note sheets onto ordinary A4 paper — and then take or send the set over to Portugal for me? I'll cover the costs of the printing (and postage, if required).
We will manage without the placemats if we have to, but I would prefer to have them.

Alex, I can get the lot done at the office on Tuesday and bring across on Wednesday morning.

Do I have the details of what goes on them? Please re-send.
