Cooking with a 2005 Croft LBV

I have sacrificed a bottle of my 2005 Croft LBV in the name of Christmas this year. A small splash went in the Christmas gravy. The rest has gone into the liquid tray in my smoker as 'her ladyship' gracefully smokes to perfection today!
