That many bottles is doable, but like Derek said, we would have to start around lunch or before. till its clean, Duh! :P :lol: :lol:

I'd use hot water first, to dislodge all the little nooks and crannies, as cold water doesn't always do that. Then a final rinse in cold. i never use soap on mine unless, like Jdaw says, its brand new.

Having dinner at a different table would be best, if the Crusting pipe will allow us. That way we wouldn't have to move glasses around to eat, etc. I would also recommend a short break or two at some point during the tasting. As that many bottles, its good to get up and stretch. Vista Allegre makes some great aged tawny's. But don't discount their LBV's and VP's, as some are very good and others are good QPR's.

Panascal is a quick visit, as the visitor center is really small and not much to see. But still fun to check out if you have time. However, if your short on time, this would be the one to skip.
