Re: Kopke Library Collection UK Launch Event

The pricing is considerably more friendly than the current Graham Ne Oublie 1882 retail price at the Lodge, which was €12k per bottle when I was there in February.

The £3k is for a pack of the three half bottles - cheaper than the price per 75cl of, say, Taylor 1896 Single Harvest Tawny.

Boa Vista Vinha do Ujo 2020. Ujo is a north facing vineyard in Quinta da Boa Vista comprising a mixed field blend of 25 different grape varieties. Incredibly fragrant on the nose, full of fruit and floral perfume. Still very young on the palate, full of fruit with tremendous acidity. Exquisite fine ...

2022 Sao Luiz Winemakers Selection Tinta Cao Rose

Quinta do São Luiz Winemaker’s Collection 2022, 100% Tinta Cão. Pale pink on the eye, but nothing pale about the fruit filled nose or the vibrant palate. Generous fruit with plenty of acidity keeping the wine spritely and fresh. One of the few rosé wines I actually like. 88/100.

Re: Aged LBVs - Tue 5 March 2024 @ B&F - ALIVE AGAIN!

I won’t be with you this evening, the logistics and diary just didn’t work out for me.

I will be with you in spirit since I plan to open a Warre 1969 LBV which has started to seep.
